What we collect
When you inquire, book a tour, or apply, we collect parent contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect a small amount of information about your child, such as an age range, a desired start date, and the program you are interested in. We do not ask for sensitive details on these forms.
Why we collect it
We use this information to support your enrollment journey. That means responding to your questions, scheduling your tour, reviewing your application, and keeping you informed about next steps. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you check the text message box when you book a tour, we use your phone number to send you texts about your tour and enrollment: a booking confirmation and up to two reminders per tour. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help.
How we protect it
Your information is stored in secure systems that limit access to the staff who help with enrollment. We keep only what we need, for as long as we need it to support your family, and we take care to guard it against loss or misuse.
How to reach us or request deletion
You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time. Just email us at info@takomamontessori.com or call (240) 540-5864, and we will remove your details from our enrollment records.
